That's freakin crazy, I would be pissed, I think Steam should credit you for 60 bucks... earning your ranks is one of the best things about the game... STEAM GARBAGE!!!
You can clearly see on that video that everybody was earning instant rank and prestiges, everytime Sk8er flashes to the scoreboard, everybody's rank shoots up to level 70, I hope I don't get sucked into one of those servers...
This glitch or host "hack" has been around quite a while now. IW has yet to announce anything to solve this problem. IMO I feel that IW does not give a crap about the PC or they would have at least responded to this problem.
I believe this rank hack is not fixable unless you basically start over from scratch with everything.
ya zombie i been searchin IW fourms for it. nothing. thry did release server update list the next morring alone with a patch will see how long it last till another is up.... IW U SUCK! im not restarting over f that. i was REALLY almost rank 70 the first time aroiund. and not working towrds unlockin all my guns again forget that. i still gotta unlock my attachments witch sucks. lol i miss my pro's
